3. To retrieve bank transfer receipt (in PDF)
4. Login own account by [USERNAME] or [EMAIL]
5. Reset password via Email
6. Submit enquiry if any
Member portal backend that allow admin to:
1. Update durian index that will:
a. Auto update to data.sindiyan.com
b. Auto update pricing to all return table
2. Overwrite shortfall (to temporary amend return of the year)
3. Update user details (including hard-reset password)
4. Track user login (timestamps and success status)

Said login will be implemented at "member.sindiyan.com" and the existing/old system will be ignore/hide.
General workflow that incor for the implementation will be:
1. To confirm all users details
2. Import (and create) all users on new site (member.sindiyan.com)
3. Integrate all user's return table and admin master database (Google Sheet; Durian Index Pricing; Shortfall overwrite, etc)
4. Test login for 3 major MKP types with 5 testing each before publish live
5. Documentation and handover tutorial session
