Project ZTS System - Take Over + Debug:

System development shared by the external vendor (51feijin - 广州飞进信息科技有限公司), completion of the system = unknown.

Source codes and technical general guidelines received via email (NOT included system proposal), downloaded, but code functionality = unknown.

As per the client request ultra urgent (to launch by the end of October, launch on 1st November); *30% ad-hoc fees removed and hope to gain client understanding IF system is not "complete" for launch, the strategy is as below:

• Part 1: **Skip Server Migration and Take Over Existing Hosting
  Ownership Take Over (contacts, verification, access policy, configuration to support access from South-East Asia)
• Part 2: Fix bugs as listed in the Excel File (refer to attachments):反馈 (技术问题）20210811 猪投三集运平台甲方反馈文档
• Part 3: Implement the 4 major tasks
  [a] Update interface design
  [b] Frontend English Version (not included translation)
  [c] Integration with ipay88
  [d] Update system flow as per fixing bugs (no major update)

• (split to Phase 2)

  Part 4: Review code and flow (as fast as possible)

*For example, if use-case = 90 features and 40 features need to update, and since we have 5 weeks (modification shall be 4 weeks only as 1 week is buffer for modified version test run), we will focus on top 20 features to update, rather than 40 features altogether. Workaround is we shall "hide" the remaining "bug" 20 features and put "coming soon", which not affecting the major operation.

**Discount is given as we shall leverage the current existing setup as much as possible without making any migration/transfer to avoid further amendment that will consume more time

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. The current task will ignore the WeChat Mini-Program update/modification to save time and resources
2. *Additional 30% Adjustment for Part 2 and Part 3 is required as a buffer for any ad-hoc work
3. Phase 2 - Part 4 will needed soon to ensure 99.99% bugless system especially review all SOURCE CODES and make necessary modification
4. Please allocate RM 5000+- additional budget for hosting & ipay88 application (payment to external party); The fee wouldn't appear in this quotation.
